Booking & Service Policy

Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm and secure the event date.

Date Change: Date changes are subject to availability and will require payment of 50% of the total package value.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the event date. In such cases, 80% of the total package value will remain payable.

Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests made within 15 days of the event will not be accepted.

Delivery Timeline: Final edited photographs are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks after the event.

Out-of-Area Booking: For clients booking from outside Sylhet Division, a 30% surcharge will be added to the selected package price.

Additional Services: Additional hours, locations, coverage, or services may incur additional charges.

Terms & Conditions: Full Terms & Conditions will be provided along with the official booking invoice and will apply to all confirmed bookings.
